Please refer to our school ‘Communications Protocol’ for information about how to make contact with the correct staff member. A link can be found on this website under, ‘key info’. Alternatively, you can find a copy on display in the school office. In order to ensure we can give equal time to all families and properly hear you, we will endeavour to stick closely to the protocol at all times.

General questions, comments and queries related to wraparound care, clubs or alternative provision:

Please liaise directly with the provider - not us. We would encourage you to keep us informed so that we can support.

Complaints:

Please refer to our complaints policy. This can be found on this website under, ‘key info’. Complaints using this methodology will follow a staged process. Should your request not qualify as a complaint (due to not following the staged process), we reserve the right to re-direct you accordingly.
